Lead and maintain IBM z/OS mainframe infrastructure for high-availability telecommunications systems. Provide technical leadership for upgrades, migrations, performance tuning, capacity planning, security (RACF) administration, SMP/E software management, and troubleshooting across integrated mainframe environments while collaborating with a small engineering team and supporting internal developers and testers.
