Manage end-to-end law firm engagement contracting: review, redline, negotiate, finalize engagement letters and outside counsel agreements; serve as primary negotiation contact; use CLM tools to manage workflows; develop playbooks, templates, and governance; support onboarding, rate negotiation, vendor governance, conflicts review, and process improvement.
