Manage electrical systems projects from planning through delivery: develop project plans, allocate resources, provide technical guidance to engineering teams, liaise with clients, and monitor budgets and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Assist in planning and monitoring projects, analyze data, create control databases, and prepare project reports for stakeholders.

Lead design and technical execution of protection and control (P&C) systems for substations (4kV–500kV). Develop and review protection schemes, one-line/three-line/AC‑DC schematics, perform equipment selection/specification, ensure NERC/IEEE/NEC compliance, support construction and commissioning, conduct QA/QC and peer reviews, coordinate with stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
