Sustain and improve manufacturing processes, product quality, safety, yield, throughput, cost, and process capability. Lead root-cause investigations, corrective actions, process qualifications, and continuous improvement projects. Maintain SPC, FMEAs, control plans, risk management tools, and quality systems while supporting audits and change control. Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and R&D on product introductions, process transfers, scale-ups, documentation, training, and customer quality inquiries.

Provides technical leadership for industrial automation and control systems supporting global semiconductor manufacturing. Designs, deploys, and optimizes PLC, HMI/SCADA, MES, industrial networking, cybersecurity, instrumentation, and connected manufacturing solutions. Leads capital projects through commissioning and qualification, develops automation standards and technology roadmaps, troubleshoots production issues, and drives root-cause analysis and continuous improvement. Supports Industry 4.0 initiatives, system integration, global standardization, and complex plant-floor issue resolution, including on-call support and approximately 20% domestic and international travel.

Supports Bedford and Franklin manufacturing and office sites as a strategic, hands-on HR partner. Responsibilities include translating business strategy into people initiatives, advising leaders, managing complex employee relations and investigations, coaching managers, leading change and culture transformation, guiding organizational design and workforce planning, and partnering across HR functions. The role requires a visible presence supporting a 24/7 workforce, including nights and weekends as needed.
