Perform QA testing for membrane filtration products on second shift, running analytical instruments (GC-MS, HPLC, LC-MS, FTIR, UV-Vis, Instron), maintain lab documentation and LIMS data, support in-process and final product release, troubleshoot equipment, execute OCAP and safety procedures, and propose continuous improvement.

Lead design and R&D of electrostatic chucks for semiconductor OEMs, including modeling, prototyping, testing, failure analysis, and statistical data analysis. Manage NPD/NTD projects, define test specs and equipment, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet timelines and performance goals.

Support R&D and introduction of new processes and metrology for electrostatic chucks: design and test process technology, perform validation and qualification, analyze process data using statistical methods, document processes, train operations, and manage development projects.
