Support new product development and manufacturing scale-up for ALD, PVD, and PECVD coatings. Leads finance partnering for three manufacturing plants, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory control, reporting, KPI management, capital investment analysis, and operational performance. The role supports plant leadership with financial modeling, risk and opportunity assessments, cost reduction initiatives, working capital improvements, and continuous improvement tracking. It also manages close activities, standard costing, variance analysis, and productivity accountability across multiple sites.

Leads thin-film coating yield improvement across PECVD and related deposition processes. Owns defect reduction, process control, DOE, SPC, Six Sigma initiatives, validation, qualification, and change management. Serves as the coatings technical authority, troubleshoots process and equipment issues, mentors engineers, develops documentation and training, and communicates improvement plans to leadership and customers.
