Own AI/ML platform capabilities, including data pipelines, distributed compute, MLOps, CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring, rollback, and compliance automation. The role requires production distributed-systems experience, distributed ML and data tooling expertise, cloud container operations, and strong Python proficiency.

Leads remote Agile teams supporting NAVSUP OIS by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, release and sprint planning, impediment removal, metrics, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement. Manages personnel responsibilities including performance oversight, mentoring, professional development, team morale, and conflict resolution. Requires a DoD Secret clearance, strong Agile expertise, and experience leading technical or cross-functional teams. The role is remote with approximately 20% travel to customer sites.

Designs and maintains secure DevOps platforms supporting Navy software development and infrastructure. Responsibilities include GitLab CI/CD, Terraform infrastructure as code, Kubernetes automation, cloud networking, base-image hardening, risk assessments, security control validation, infrastructure testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and Agile collaboration. The role requires cloud and DevSecOps experience, Security+ certification, U.S. citizenship, quarterly and ad hoc travel, and an active interim Secret clearance.
