Lead the evolution and governance of a cross-platform design system, including components, tokens, documentation, accessibility, and coded design parity. Partner with engineering and product management to create accessible web and mobile experiences, conduct user research and usability testing, and deliver product design artifacts. Support system adoption through education, critiques, and documentation; mentor designers; and account for HIPAA, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Own inbound and outbound sales opportunities for Fusion, targeting speech, occupational, and physical therapy practices. Responsibilities include prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, forecasting, and closing smaller deals. The role partners with senior Account Executives on complex opportunities and collaborates with Marketing, Sales Development, and Customer Success. Success is measured by pipeline quality, conversion, and revenue generation.
