Leads delivery of large commercial construction projects, overseeing project teams, contracts, client relationships, financial performance, schedules, billing, change management, risk, safety, and project completion. Mentors project managers and superintendents, manages vendors and subcontractors, ensures accurate forecasting and reporting, and drives energy and financial goals across multiple projects and geographies.

Partners with finance and IT stakeholders to define business needs, configure and support JDE and SaaS field service systems, manage ERP integrations, design reports and data conversions, test solutions, provide production support, document processes, train users, and lead IT initiatives within the Project Controls portfolio.

Oversee electrical engineering design, studies, technical documentation, and Engineer of Record responsibilities for large commercial projects. Develop budgets, schedules, cost estimates, drawings, specifications, addendums, and project instructions. Coordinate with clients, project teams, AHJs, and other disciplines; conduct site visits; support quality assurance; and mentor engineers, designers, and BIM/CAD technicians. The role requires a Professional Engineering license, commercial design experience, NEC knowledge, and 20–25% travel.
