The Manager, Software Project Management oversees software delivery portfolios, manages projects, collaborates across teams, and mentors project managers to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Design, write, and execute manual and automated tests across functional, integration, regression, performance, and security scopes. Build and maintain automation frameworks and CI/CD quality integrations, develop automated UI tests, monitor quality metrics, perform root cause analysis, mentor junior QA engineers, and drive adoption of improved testing tools and practices to reduce delivery risk and improve coverage.

As a Database Administrator, manage and optimize databases for performance and security, implement data governance, and support data insights through dashboard reporting.
