Own Empatica’s US-focused marketing strategy, demand generation, and growth engine across B2B, B2C, and patient-facing segments. Lead the marketing team and budget while overseeing SEO, content, thought leadership, paid acquisition, ABM, lifecycle automation, CRO, market research, marketing technology, website performance, competitive analysis, and KPI reporting. Partner closely with Sales, Product, Clinical, Communications, and Business Operations teams to scale acquisition and improve marketing effectiveness.

Support daily operations and logistics for clinical studies, including inventory management, device allocation, vendor coordination, shipments, and device assembly, inspection, and packaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency in a healthcare startup environment.
