We are looking for an experienced content marketer to join our marketing team. As our Content Marketing Manager, you'll create and manage a winning content production plan that builds awareness, captivates prospects, and helps customers (re)engage with their dogs and our content in new ways. You'll understand our buyers' journey inside and out, and produce content that drives engagement every step of the way.

Plan and manage sprints and execution for web designers and developers in tandem with the overall marketing plan & product roadmap, ensuring the highest impact and efficiency in the team’s velocity & forward progress. Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly split tests to consistently improve upon conversion rate on our D2C website and our retailers. Deliver data-driven results in consistent, concise reports on conversion performance to internal stakeholders. Liaise with the Web designers and developers to improve the website experience ongoing based on rigorous, structured testing. Provide support to the marketing team to launch new products and support promotions.

You’ll use a variety of technologies and platforms to create a customer journey that delights and drives revenue whether that’s through onsite, email, or real-life experiences. You are the champion of delightful experiences that deliver bottom-line results to the business.

As a Growth Marketing Manager for User Acquisition, you will help (re)define our growth strategy. Using data analysis and consumer insights, you will explore opportunities and run experiments to validate new ideas and pressure test current practices for online and offline channels. You are the champion of data-informed decision making and will inform key company-wide KPIs.

As a Growth Marketer, you will help identify consumer insights and build consumer marketing campaigns that drive sales, brand equity, and ROI positive results. We are looking for an experienced Creative Director with a proven track record of bringing consumer brands to life. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will build and mentor a small in-house team partnering across the business to help achieve our creative goals. In this capacity, you will complement our marketing team and key partners, leading in-house creative efforts serving the needs of our customer acquisition, distribution, retention marketing, brand, PR, social media, and content marketing. The role requires someone who can partner with both creatives and cross-functional leaders, is interested in both an online and an offline brand experience, and is a strong manager-doer.
