Build, ship, and operate full-stack product features using React and C#/.NET Core or Python. Product Designer II will design integrated B2B SaaS experiences for an English language development platform. Responsibilities include user research, usability testing, discovery, sketching, wireframing, prototyping with LLM assistance, accessibility-centered design, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering. The designer will own a product area, measure outcomes, communicate tradeoffs, and contribute to the Backpack design system while creating consistent workflows across the platform.

Own the product strategy and delivery for a scalable data ingestion platform serving rostering, English learner program, and assessment data across 2,000 districts. Partner with Engineering, Data Operations, and stakeholders to investigate complex data workflows, conduct user research and analysis, define product opportunities, manage technical tradeoffs, drive execution and go-to-market enablement, and deliver outcomes for internal teams and education customers.

Own outbound prospecting and lead generation for school district partnerships. Identify, qualify, nurture, and deliver opportunities to Partner Development Managers through high-volume phone, email, and creative outreach. Learn product offerings, manage territory strategy, meet demo-booking goals, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, and eventually mentor newer associates and support brand and product marketing initiatives.
