The Director of Product Design will lead design initiatives, manage a team, and enhance product workflows to impact English Learner education. Responsibilities include team development, strategic thinking, utilizing AI tools, and ensuring effective integration of solutions across product domains.

Configure and maintain data connections from district SIS and vendor systems, onboard partners via calls/screen shares, validate and monitor incoming data, diagnose issues and respond to Jira tickets, document processes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable data for Ellevation products.

Lead the CloudOps team to enhance internal platforms and developer experience, modernize legacy systems, and collaborate on tool improvement for reliable software deployment on AWS.
