Mission: In this role you will lead the team responsible for the onboarding and ensuring long term success of our Ellevation partners. You will be responsible for leading a team through the transition to a new organizational structure that requires team members to be versed in all aspects of the Ellevation offering as well as proactive support throughout their journey with Ellevation. This will require iterating on our current onboarding practices and developing new success initiatives aligned with each customer segment. You will be responsible for supporting team members and helping them develop the skills and competencies they need to support our districts on how to use and rollout Ellevation in their district to ensure educators can be most effective in their work with students.

Ellevation has a need for an experienced UX Designer to work with an agile team -- crafting workflows, driving innovation, validating ideas, and iterating throughout to deliver best-in-class user experiences for the educators we serve. A strong UX Designer will take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive workflows that help our users develop confidence that they can accomplish this challenging work on a daily basis. This individual will drive continuous product discovery by anticipating and advocating for user needs, creating interactive prototypes, and validating your assumptions to ensure we are solving the right problems for our customers. This role is not a pixel pusher. They will own the “why” behind the “what” in their designs by articulating the hypotheses and rationale for their proposed workflows. They will ensure that designs are backed by sound methodology and concrete data. Successfully spearhead all aspects of design including user research, prototyping, usability testing, visual design, and CSS while collaborate effectively with their product team to ensure the products and features we ship delight customers at every step.

As a Software Engineer at Ellevation, you play a key role in building dynamic web applications and services, implementing complex data and API integrations, and driving the concept-to-implementation development process. You help shape our engineering practices and standards through direct coding activities. Your ideas translate our product and business strategy into technical solutions. You research and evaluate new technologies and figure out how, when, and where they will apply to our engineering roadmap.

We are looking for our next Product Support Specialist to join in our mission to provide top-notch support to our partners. The Product Support team works closely with educators, administrators, and other district stakeholders to help students succeed. We listen, teach, problem-solve, and think critically to ensure that our partners are able to maximize their use of Ellevation. As a team, we work every day to build efficiencies and scale our knowledge for our growing user base. We are looking for:

You will be an expert in our product and best practices, consulting with our partners on how best to leverage Ellevation in their districts. This requires a combination of organizational skills, relationship management, a service orientation, and entrepreneurship. Just as important, we are looking for someone who wants to be in a scaling organization, has tremendous communication skills, is motivated, proactive, and a self-starter.

In this role, you will own the ongoing relationships with future key strategic accounts. You will receive support from our inside-sales Partner Development Associates and our Marketing team to generate interest and schedule meetings. You will also aggressively network and prospect for opportunities. The ideal candidate will be skilled at in-field sales, knowledgeable about the K-12 market, highly motivated, and prepared to work hard to build the business.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on UX Manager to join our team. At Ellevation, our managers are player / coaches. As a “player” you are an individual contributor: you work alongside an agile product team to drive innovation, craft workflows, validate ideas, and iterate throughout to deliver best-in-class user experiences to our customers. As a “coach” you are a teacher: you work closely with your reports to advise and guide them on their work and career paths.

Product Support is a key part of the strong services reputation Ellevation has in the industry. This team directly supports all Ellevation users through assistance on tickets and via phone, video and screen-share calls. In every interaction, they strive to build users' confidence in our platform and implement long-term solutions that set partners up for success. Our support team continues to expand their responsibility and may grow to include data processing and troubleshooting, as well as configuration support throughout onboarding. Ellevation has a need for an experienced Product Manager to lead customer discovery with an agile team by talking to customers, distilling challenges, curating ideas, defining MVPs, and iterating throughout to deliver product-market fit. A strong Product Manager will work with the team to facilitate high quality, rapid decision-making in service of delivery against team and company OKRs. 

As a data engineer at Ellevation, you play a key role in rebuilding our data ingestion pipeline to increase its throughput, scalability and observability. This is part of a broader makeover of our tech stack, to enable us to build new products and expand into additional markets. You will help drive the concept-to-implementation development process. You help shape our engineering practices and standards by building high quality software. You research and evaluate new technologies and figure out how, when, and where they will apply to our engineering roadmap.
