Provides hands-on technical leadership for complex software initiatives, including architecture, cloud-native development, implementation planning, code quality, testing, DevOps, scalability, reliability, and production troubleshooting. The role mentors engineers, leads technical execution, manages risks and technical debt, and collaborates with Product, UX, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams to deliver secure, scalable SaaS solutions.

Senior Counsel will support commercial, product, compliance, privacy, corporate, and AI-related legal matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating SaaS and commercial agreements, advising on privacy, security, compliance, and emerging AI regulations, managing legal templates and playbooks, supporting corporate governance and intellectual property, and implementing legal technology and automation tools. The role requires a U.S.-based attorney with substantial in-house SaaS or technology experience and active bar membership.

Designs scalable systems, leads end-to-end technical execution, drives cross-team initiatives, and contributes hands-on production code. The role maintains engineering standards across architecture, testing, CI/CD, observability, and DevOps; leads incident response and root-cause analysis; mentors engineers; troubleshoots production issues; and aligns technical delivery with product priorities.
