Manages strategic coatings accounts across North America, driving revenue, margin, customer relationships, new business opportunities, pricing agreements, and regional account plans. Develops senior customer relationships, coordinates technical, sales, marketing, R&D, finance, and supply chain resources, resolves customer issues, and tracks forecasts, milestones, and performance. The role also supports value-based selling, contract negotiations, competitive intelligence, presentations, sales forecasting, and frequent customer travel.

Lead coating sales across the Western US/Canada: identify and close new business, grow key accounts, coordinate technical and supply chain support, build customer relationships, negotiate pricing, forecast, and travel frequently (50-70%).
