Manages EMI engineering and high-power EMI/EMC testing for naval and maritime power systems. Responsibilities include developing test plans and procedures, executing tests, managing lab resources and ISO 17025 compliance, coordinating technical teams, overseeing project schedules and risks, reporting results, and supporting business development. The role requires extensive experience with DoD EMI standards, energy storage and power conversion equipment, technical leadership, and customer liaison responsibilities.

Leads enterprise pricing strategy, proposal pricing, contract administration, regulatory compliance, negotiations, and pricing governance for government and commercial contracts. Develops cost models, labor and material estimates, pricing narratives, BOEs, and price-to-win strategies. Provides executive guidance on contractual and financial risks while leading cross-functional reviews and developing pricing and contracts teams.
