Design, build, and maintain application hosting infrastructure on Kubernetes in GCP. Implement infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, cloud security and CVE remediation, monitor and optimize performance and costs, and support internal platform users.

Lead strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of global post-sales processes (onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion). Drive cross-functional initiatives, own post-sales tools governance and data quality, define success milestones and reporting, and shape the post-sales technology roadmap to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

Build and operate full-stack admin features for Elastic Cloud: implement React UIs and backend Node.js services, own end-to-end delivery and production ops, collaborate with product/design, maintain testing, CI/CD, feature-flagged releases, and ensure security and reliability.
