Oversee home health patient care and staff: coordinate assignments, referrals, and physician orders; review and approve plans of care; conduct OASIS reviews; coach and hire direct care staff; ensure timely and compliant start of services; perform field work as needed.

Full-time, on-site administrative role supporting a home care branch. Track and manage caregiver attendance, communicate with staff and patients in English and Mandarin/Cantonese, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with the Branch Operations Manager to support daily operations.

Provide clinical oversight and coordination of home health patient care, review and approve plans of care, conduct OASIS reviews, ensure timely visits and documentation compliance, support QAPI activities, and assist with audits or field office needs.
