Lead state and local tax consulting and compliance services, including multistate returns, nexus and taxability studies, audit defense, due diligence, pass-through entity matters, tax research, and planning. Develop new business, service existing clients, collaborate with tax professionals, contribute to thought leadership and technology initiatives, and mentor staff.

Leads buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings engagements. Manages transaction teams, reviews financials, evaluates risks and value drivers, prepares reports and presentations, and communicates findings to executives, investors, and clients. Collaborates across advisory functions, mentors staff, supports business development, and manages time-sensitive transaction activities, including occasional travel and extended hours.

Conduct federal income tax research and analysis; support M&A tax structuring, internal restructurings, and domestic tax due diligence; draft tax memos, emails, and firm-wide alerts; and assist with federal income tax training. The role requires extensive experience advising on partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations, along with a law degree and strong tax research skills.
