Manages daily banking center operations, staff performance, customer service, budgets, compliance, and business development. Leads sales strategies, community outreach, and production goals while originating mortgage, HELOC, consumer, and small-business loans. Coaches employees, monitors business development activity, ensures BSA/AML/CIP/OFAC compliance, supports audits, maintains security procedures, and develops customer and community relationships.

Manages the bank’s BSA, AML, OFAC, CIP, identity theft prevention, fraud monitoring, and regulatory compliance programs. Oversees transaction monitoring, suspicious activity investigations, high-risk customer reviews, CTR and CIP reporting, software alerts and configurations, audits, regulatory examination responses, policy updates, employee training, and management reporting. Supervises direct reports and recommends operational and compliance enhancements to senior management and the BSA Committee.
