Drive new business and expand accounts by selling AI-driven services and software to engineering and manufacturing customers. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, align solutions to measurable ROI, collaborate with technical and marketing teams, and meet revenue targets while attending industry events and maintaining CRM pipeline accuracy.

Deliver and support implementations of PTC data management tools (primarily Windchill). Install, configure, upgrade, and optimize Windchill solutions; translate business and technical requirements into system configurations; document designs and changes; provide client-facing technical support, training, and best-practice guidance; collaborate with teams to ensure projects meet timelines and budgets.
