Leads technical software demonstrations, client education, mentoring, and presentations for PTC products and EAC services. Partners with Sales to develop demonstration strategies, connect technical capabilities to customer needs, and support revenue generation. Maintains product certifications and expertise, mentors peers, improves learning materials, manages client requests, and coordinates remote and on-site demonstrations while balancing multiple priorities.

Designs and leads implementation of customer-specific PLM solutions, translating business challenges into technical requirements and scalable architectures. Leads cross-functional project teams, advises customers, supports presales and business development, and manages data mapping and migration. Provides technical mentorship, stakeholder training, and continuous process improvement. Requires hands-on experience with PTC Windchill, ThingWorx, and Creo, plus modern programming, cloud, database, and enterprise integration technologies.

Deliver and manage implementations of PTC Windchill PLM solutions: install, configure, upgrade, and rehost systems; translate requirements into designs; provide client communication, technical support, documentation, and process improvement to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
