Build and ship custom full-stack programs for AI labs and product teams, including capture flows, task logic, data pipelines, validation, redaction, provenance, and delivery across web, mobile, and backend systems. Partner directly with technical customers to scope ambiguous requirements, determine what to reuse or build, ship production code, establish data quality processes, and turn repeatable custom solutions into core platform capabilities.

Support Dscout clients in designing, recruiting, fielding, analyzing, and managing user research projects on the platform. Train clients on platform features, recommend research methodologies, create educational materials, assist with billing and administration, support research participants, and communicate client feedback internally to improve the product. The role requires strong client service, project management, user research knowledge, qualitative analysis skills, organization, empathy, and technical curiosity.

Build and maintain cybersecurity controls across Dscout’s SaaS environment and internal IT systems. Secure AWS infrastructure and software development processes, implement SIEM and monitoring, assess threats, respond to incidents, manage vulnerabilities, support security policies and third-party risk reviews, and improve security awareness and controls.
