Lead cross-functional program execution for small-to-medium production programs: manage cost, schedule, technical performance, risks, customer interfaces, contracting, quality, resource planning, and proposals while ensuring alignment of technical, cost, and schedule objectives in a matrixed defense environment.

Perform and support internal and external quality audits, investigate nonconformances, analyze trends, recommend corrective actions, support product development and manufacturing process improvements, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, AS9100 standards and government/regulatory requirements. Facilitate audits, generate reports, and interface with engineering, supply chain, and customers. Up to 20% domestic travel.

The Principal Systems Architect will lead multidisciplinary engineering solutions, bridge knowledge gaps, mentor teams, and drive complex system challenges while ensuring stakeholder needs are met.
