Manages accounts receivable activities, including collections, invoice processing, payment application, account reconciliation, dispute resolution, customer record maintenance, and aging analysis. Prepares collection and account status reports, supports month-end and year-end close activities, and helps improve collection workflows and cash flow. Collaborates with sales, operations, billing, customer service, and cash application teams in a logistics environment.

Lead credit functions for contract logistics and freight forwarding. Develop and implement credit policies and controls. Manage customer credit applications: review creditworthiness, set/approve credit limits and payment terms, and support credit controls implementation.

The Director of Solutions for Commercial Enablement will lead customer engagement, develop logistic solutions, and ensure operational execution of bids. This role collaborates cross-functionally with teams to support business development and requirements translation.
