Provide administrative and operational support to the Regional Principal and regional teams, coordinating schedules, travel, events, IT, marketing, HR, safety, accounting, and construction division needs. Act as regional liaison to operational departments, manage expenses and onboarding tasks, support employee engagement, and ensure smooth office and field technology and logistics to drive consistent regional execution.
