Provides strategic HR partnership to business leaders and employees, including coaching, talent reviews, compensation planning, organizational design, employee engagement, compliance guidance, workforce analytics, and change management. The role collaborates across HR functions, mentors junior HR staff, identifies organizational risks, and supports people strategies across business units. Regional travel of less than 30% may be required.
