Teams at Dotmatics

Build and own Dotmatics Luma’s production agentic AI system, including reasoning loops, tools, memory, state persistence, security, sandboxing, recovery, evaluation, and observability. Develop supporting services and interfaces in Python, Node.js/TypeScript, and React. Lead AI-native development using coding agents, improve reliability and performance, and coach others on agent-driven engineering practices.

Drive new-logo growth across Life Sciences accounts in Northern California and territories west of the Mississippi. Build territory strategy, generate pipeline, lead complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles, engage executive and technical stakeholders, develop ROI-based business cases, and close strategic platform deals valued at $500K–$1M+ ACV. Partner with Siemens, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to expand enterprise opportunities and support digital transformation initiatives.

Owns renewals, retention, and expansion for assigned Luma customer accounts. Responsibilities include managing the full renewal cycle, identifying expansion opportunities, conducting needs assessments, negotiating terms, forecasting account health and revenue, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with Customer Success, Strategic Account Executives, Renewals, Presales, Finance, and RevOps. The role engages scientific researchers and laboratory decision-makers and requires 30% or more travel.
