Lead and scale a global Customer Success organization across NA, EMEA, and APAC. Define strategy, improve adoption, retention, NPS, and expansion for an eQMS SaaS platform. Partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Services; own enterprise playbooks, KPIs, and executive customer relationships while developing regional leaders and scalable operations.

Manage a book of 100+ customers using digital/tech-touch strategies to drive engagement, retention, renewals, and expansion. Maintain customer records, analyze usage and satisfaction data, implement automation and workflows, develop one-to-many content, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize customer journeys and meet renewal/upsell targets.

Drive new business and manage the full sales cycle from opportunity to closure, building relationships with C-suite buyers and managing territory and quotas.
