Teams at Dossier - Digital competency management

Manage a portfolio of US health-system customers to retain and grow revenue. Lead end-to-end renewals, negotiate pricing and contracts, build account plans and data-driven business cases, run executive reviews, forecast in HubSpot, and partner with Sales, Product, and CS. Travel to customer sites and industry events (~25-30%).

Responsible for driving new business within large health systems, managing the full enterprise sales cycle, and engaging with executive stakeholders to close significant deals.
