Mentor engineers, manage performance and hiring, and improve delivery processes to scale the product and organization.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate outbound leads via calls and emails, book demos, and maintain relationships with potential clients. Additionally, you will work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach and messaging strategies.
