Coordinates patient outreach, appointment scheduling, inbound support, insurance verification, copay collection, check-in and check-out, and non-clinical documentation. Maintains patient records in CRM or EMR systems, supports providers and field clinicians, coordinates follow-up materials, and communicates with clinical and field teams. The role requires strong organization, bilingual English-Spanish communication, multitasking, and comfort working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Lead and manage Workday and HR technology operations, oversee HRIS team and service delivery, drive system configuration, integrations, data governance, upgrades, end-user support, and cross-functional stakeholder partnership to optimize People systems.
