Lead end-to-end execution of industrial service orders, managing scheduling, transportation (Divert fleet and 3PL), plant processing, cost tracking, and customer communications. Develop scheduling tools, reporting, and operational processes; analyze data to improve efficiency, manage budgets and compliance, and drive continuous improvements to scale Divert's industrial platform.

Support the Controller in SEC- and GAAP-compliant financial reporting, account reconciliations, SOX/internal control maintenance, audit support, month-end close, technical accounting research, and preparation of board and lender materials. Supervise, mentor, and develop the reporting team while improving processes and ensuring accurate consolidation and disclosures.
