Owns broadcast media consulting and design/build projects from initiation through closing. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, quality, documentation, client relationships, risks, contractors, and stakeholder communications. Oversees project financials, billing, profitability, deliverables, safety, and transition activities. Requires extensive broadcast technology knowledge, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex technical projects and matrixed teams.

Drive regional revenue and profitability through strategic enterprise account development and complex consultative sales. Build executive relationships, manage large opportunities from qualification to close, lead RFPs and proposals, forecast pipeline in CRM, and partner with engineering, design, and delivery teams on integrated AV, workplace, media, and communications solutions. Travel to client sites and project locations while identifying expansion opportunities and representing the company at industry events.

Evergreen pipeline for engineering and technical delivery roles, including design engineering, commissioning, solutions architecture, and engineering management. Responsibilities include designing integrated technology solutions, developing system documentation, supporting projects from concept through implementation, collaborating with clients and project teams, and assisting with commissioning and troubleshooting. Roles require expertise in audio, video, broadcast, control, and networking technologies, with periodic travel to regional project sites.
