Manages environmental, health, and safety operations across semiconductor manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities include hazardous waste and chemical inventory management, regulatory compliance, emergency spill response, inspections, audits, EHS training, SDS administration, incident investigations, industrial hygiene monitoring, and environmental reporting. The role is based in Bedford, Massachusetts, with travel to New Jersey and Wilmington, Massachusetts locations.

Develops and integrates electromechanical packaging for electro-optic, optoelectronic, RF, and photonic modules. Designs PCBs, interconnects, thermal systems, mechanical housings, fixtures, and tooling. Performs electrical testing, S-parameter characterization, automation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. Creates engineering documentation, supports qualification testing, improves manufacturability and yield, and transfers prototype designs into production while collaborating with manufacturing teams and suppliers.

Own the full sales lifecycle to grow territory via cold outreach and channel partners. Manage discovery, executive presentations, negotiations, and post-sale handoffs. Maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, meet quotas, and travel domestically for client meetings and events.
