Drive cross-functional teams, gather and document requirements, manage UAT and launches, resolve production issues, and maintain project plans, risks, and stakeholder communications to meet business and financial objectives.

Manage and grow a portfolio of 30+ national accounts by selling DIRECTV entertainment solutions, driving new location activations and revenue, managing full customer lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional implementation, handling contracts/renewals, reporting/analytics, and leading client reviews and escalations.
