Lead product vision and roadmap for billing and payments systems (invoicing, subscriptions, taxes, pricing, gateways, reconciliation). Manage and grow Technical PMs and RTEs, drive payment gateway expansion, ensure PCI-DSS and SOX compliance, define architecture with IT and Finance, apply SAFe/Agile practices, establish KPIs and monitoring, and modernize technology (microservices, cloud-native, API-first, Mulesoft).

Design and develop end-to-end software solutions, manage cross-team dependencies, mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and collaborate with architects and stakeholders. Oversee integration, budgeting, and sustaining work. Implement ForgeRock identity solutions (SSO, federation, MFA, risk-based auth), build UIs with NodeJS/ReactJS, use REST/SOAP tooling, and deploy/debug AWS applications.
