Map and analyze end-to-end payment and data flows to identify and eliminate cardholder data handling, support PCI DSS scope reduction, design tokenization and payment process changes, translate compliance needs into technical requirements, and maintain audit-ready documentation while engaging cross-functional stakeholders.

Provide corporate clients with accurate, cost-effective domestic and international travel arrangements via Apollo/Sabre GDS, ensure compliance with client policies and preferred suppliers, deliver high-level customer service, handle ticketing (exchanges/reissues), support multiple accounts, and meet performance and productivity standards during assigned remote shift.

Manage end-to-end event programs: lead client relationships, plan and execute meetings, negotiate supplier contracts, manage budgets and financials, mentor project managers, oversee on-site execution, and drive continuous process improvement.
