Leads technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, architecture documentation, and RFP responses throughout the sales cycle. Partners with customers, account executives, customer success, product, and engineering teams to translate business and technical requirements into tailored solutions involving PKI, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, integrations, and automation. Acts as a trusted technical advisor and supports new business development across assigned accounts, with approximately 20–25% travel.

Designs, builds, launches, and measures production AI workflows, agents, and AI-native tools across business functions. Integrates enterprise platforms, model APIs, retrieval, tool use, governance, identity, security, and observability. Partners with IT, Security, Engineering, and business operators; evaluates vendors; enables employees; and creates reusable architecture patterns. The role also supports AI intake, compliance reviews, ROI measurement, and production monitoring.

Build and operate full-stack certificate management, security, monitoring, and vulnerability products. Develop TypeScript APIs and React frontends, design MySQL schemas, manage AWS workers and Kubernetes infrastructure, maintain legacy .NET and Python services, integrate partner APIs, improve CI/CD and observability, participate in on-call support, and develop AI-assisted features. The role includes code reviews, testing, incident resolution, technical documentation, and mentoring engineers.
