Supports Federal and Northeast marketing teams by managing concurrent AEC proposal efforts, statements of qualifications, shortlist interviews, presentations, and sales materials. Responsibilities include proposal writing and editing, content coordination, subconsultant data management, quality control, deadline management, meeting leadership, market research, CRM maintenance, and internal and external communications. The role requires collaboration across offices, service lines, technical teams, and partner firms, with occasional travel and overtime as needed.

Designs and prepares contract documents for roadway improvement projects serving various clients. Works within the Highway Engineering Department, applying roadway design technology and relevant transportation standards. Collaborates with project teams and communicates effectively with clients and colleagues. The role is intended for early-career civil engineers and includes professional development through Dewberry’s entry-level class program.

Manages the full lifecycle of complex AEC and federal proposals, statements of qualifications, RFIs, capture plans, and oral presentations. Coordinates multidisciplinary internal and external teams, deadlines, data calls, meetings, and quality control. Develops persuasive sales materials, conducts market and competitor research, maintains CRM and marketing content, supports communications, and mentors junior staff. The role requires extensive proposal management, writing, project coordination, Microsoft Office, Adobe software, and occasional travel.
