Coordinates multidisciplinary internal and external teams, deadlines, data calls, meetings, and quality control. Develops persuasive sales materials, conducts market and competitor research, maintains CRM and marketing content, supports communications, and mentors junior staff. The role requires extensive proposal management, writing, project coordination, Microsoft Office, Adobe software, and occasional travel.

Highway Engineering Intern supporting transportation engineering projects through design calculations, quantity and cost estimates, drawings, studies, documentation, and technical communications. The intern will help evaluate engineering solutions, meet project schedules and budgets, and collaborate with project teams. Candidates should be pursuing a civil engineering degree with a transportation emphasis and preferably have familiarity with AASHTO, MassDOT, MBTA, MUTCD, MS Office, and CADD software.

Leads and supports mechanical and plumbing design-build and design-bid-build projects for facilities, public infrastructure, and transit clients. Responsibilities include project delivery, technical quality, staff task assignment, engineering analysis and design, scope development, budgeting, scheduling, proposal support, and coordination with project managers and other trades. The role requires mechanical engineering expertise, a Professional Engineer license, code knowledge, Revit and AutoCAD proficiency, and occasional travel to Northeast project sites.

Performs geospatial data management, analysis, visualization, and analytical modeling for government and commercial clients. Supports hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk reduction efforts using ArcGIS and Microsoft tools. Develops web, mobile, and desktop applications; tests, deploys, documents, and maintains solutions. This non-full-time, on-call role requires frequent travel and deployment to disaster recovery sites nationwide.
