Supports employment attorneys on complex labor, benefits, and human resources legal matters. Conducts legal research, monitors legislation, supports litigation and agency filings, coordinates outside counsel, manages legal tracking systems and document production, drafts employment documents and policies, and collaborates with HR on employee relations inquiries. Provides analysis, recommendations, project management, and process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and independently handling routine legal tasks.

Leads the enterprise Third-Party Risk Management program, including governance, strategy, risk methodologies, regulatory readiness, executive reporting, and oversight of high-risk vendor assessments. Manages a team of risk professionals and partners with Enterprise Risk, Procurement, Information Security, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Audit, Finance, and business leaders. Advises executives on vendor risk exposure, establishes KRIs and Board-level metrics, oversees remediation and risk acceptance, and guides third-party risk technology investments.

Own the enterprise RSA Archer GRC platform, including architecture, configuration, administration, integrations, workflows, security models, reporting, and continuous improvement. Lead automation of risk, audit, compliance, privacy, vendor risk, and policy processes. Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions, support audits and regulatory exams, guide modernization, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide executive-level reporting and strategic platform leadership.
