Own the enterprise RSA Archer GRC platform, including architecture, configuration, administration, integrations, workflows, security models, reporting, and continuous improvement. Lead automation of risk, audit, compliance, privacy, vendor risk, and policy processes. Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions, support audits and regulatory exams, guide modernization, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide executive-level reporting and strategic platform leadership.

Supports attorneys and business partners on complex legal matters involving insurance, healthcare, technology, AI, privacy, and operations. Conducts legal research, contract review, legislative monitoring, case management, document production, and knowledge management. Coordinates with outside counsel, analyzes legal requirements, recommends risk-mitigation strategies, manages legal projects, and improves legal processes while providing status updates and escalation support.

Leads governance and oversight for high-risk third-party relationships, improving vendor risk assessments, methodologies, quality assurance, reporting, issue remediation, and regulatory compliance. Provides independent risk challenge, develops executive dashboards and KRIs, mentors analysts, enhances workflows and automation, and partners across risk, procurement, security, privacy, legal, compliance, audit, and business teams.

Manages high-value national accounts by developing strategic account plans, advising clients and brokers, leading renewals and upsells, analyzing performance data, and driving retention and revenue growth. The role builds executive relationships, coordinates internal service delivery, monitors financial and satisfaction metrics, manages project activities, and communicates strategic recommendations. Travel may reach 75%, including overnight travel, with required insurance licensing and driving credentials.

The Account Insight Manager delivers end-to-end analytics, reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights supporting client renewals, retention, and upsell opportunities. Responsibilities include data extraction and validation, metric definition, trend and utilization analysis, report automation, executive presentations, CRM updates, cross-functional coordination, and client support. The role partners with a Consulting Account Manager, manages deadlines and risks, monitors performance guarantees, and performs administrative and data-entry duties. Travel may be required up to 25%.

Leads enterprise implementation and adoption of the Business Quality Management System across business functions. Advises leaders, conducts quality assessments, statistical and root-cause analyses, identifies systemic risks, and drives continuous improvement. Coordinates complex cross-functional initiatives, change management, training, audits, and performance monitoring. Translates quality standards, Lean Six Sigma principles, and operational findings into scalable practices and actionable recommendations while influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
