Hybrid Boston-based Enterprise SDR responsible for prospecting and qualifying enterprise leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Build pipeline with 50+ outbound activities daily, research accounts and stakeholders, qualify inbound leads, collaborate with Sales, Partners, and Marketing, and maintain activity data in Salesforce and SalesLoft.

Lead and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive inbound and outbound lead generation. Build and maintain playbooks, KPIs, scripts, and templates. Partner with sales, enablement, HR for recruiting and training. Monitor performance, provide onboarding and on-the-job coaching, and help scale pipeline generation while enabling progression to Account Executive roles.

Build integrations to discover, identify, and govern AI agents on third-party platforms (starting with Salesforce Agentforce). Retrieve native identity signals, enforce governance via provider APIs and attestation, extend shared discovery platform to AWS/Google, and reuse shared identity and policy building blocks across integrations.
