The Account Executive will lead strategic pursuits for new business, develop capture plans, engage with government stakeholders, and drive acquisition efforts across the Defense Industrial Base, aligning technical solutions to mission outcomes.

Build, maintain, and improve Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure using IaC. Own CI/CD pipelines, identity and access management, monitoring, certificate lifecycle, and platform security. Troubleshoot deployments, support on-call incidents, document runbooks and ADRs, and mentor junior engineers while contributing to platform strategy and ATO compliance.

Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for a cloud-based platform: triage tickets, manage access requests, troubleshoot devices and applications, maintain runbooks and documentation, participate in on-call rotation, and pair with senior engineers to learn Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD, and SRE practices.
