Own the success, retention, and renewal of a portfolio of healthcare accounts. Monitor usage and engagement metrics, identify churn risks, build relationships with clinicians and administrators, answer questions, support product adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and communicate customer feedback internally. The role requires clinical workflow understanding, technical fluency, familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering, proactive communication, adaptability, and willingness to travel up to 50% depending on account needs.

Own the end-to-end product experience for DeepScribe’s AI-powered clinical workflow platform. Research oncology provider workflows, define design direction across native iOS and web products, evolve the design system, and create AI-first interactions involving ambient intelligence, voice, chat, and automation. Collaborate with clinicians, product, engineering, AI, and clinical teams to prototype, ship, iterate, and represent the company externally.

Contribute to AI-powered healthcare workflows by designing and implementing features, collaborating across teams, while ensuring code quality and scalability.
