Supports complex radiology technology implementations by assessing and optimizing clinical workflows, configuring RIS and PACS solutions, leading clinical training, guiding change management, and advising radiology stakeholders. Partners with implementation, technical, product, sales, and customer success teams from project kickoff through post-implementation support. Maintains workflow documentation and training plans while ensuring regulatory compliance and sustained customer adoption.

Owns vision, strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, requirements, prioritization, commercialization, and P&L outcomes for an Enterprise Imaging Diagnostic Suite. Partners with engineering, UX, regulatory, sales, marketing, implementation, and customers to develop healthcare imaging products, define clinical workflows, drive interoperability and cloud initiatives, and deliver go-to-market strategies. Requires deep Enterprise Imaging, PACS, radiology informatics, and healthcare software expertise, with up to 30% domestic and international travel.

Conduct live product demonstrations and engage customers to drive interest and sales for radiology workflow solutions. Maintain product knowledge, support sales efforts, coordinate events and trade shows, gather customer feedback, and report on demo activities. Collaborate with sales teams to meet targets while ensuring compliance with safety, HIPAA, and quality standards.
