Lead Deepgram’s corporate legal function, including governance, IPO readiness, financings, M&A, employee equity, international subsidiaries, and regulatory developments. Partner with Finance, People, and company leadership to build scalable legal processes for a fast-growing AI company. Establish an AI-native legal practice while advising on a broad range of startup legal matters.

Own the company’s metric registry and canonical definitions, resolve conflicting metrics, enforce definitions in semantic and catalog systems, and retire redundant reporting assets. Build data quality checks, route failures to accountable owners, and evaluate AI agents against ground truth. Enable trustworthy self-service analytics through governed data. The role requires strong SQL, production ownership of a semantic or metrics layer, data catalog or lineage experience, clear documentation, and cross-functional decision-making.

Lead and coach a recruiting team while owning day-to-day talent acquisition execution across engineering, research, and go-to-market functions. Run full-cycle recruiting, support complex searches, build AI-assisted workflows and scalable recruiting systems, use funnel data to diagnose performance, develop recruiters, and improve hiring quality through structured interviewing and stakeholder coaching.

Partner with the SVP of Customer Success to improve executive effectiveness and organizational operating rigor. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, forecasting and business analytics, executive and board reporting, cross-functional initiative coordination, operating-rhythm management, action tracking, process improvement, and synthesizing data into insights, risks, decisions, and recommendations. Own Deepgram’s strategic AWS partnership, including technical adoption, retention, expansion, Marketplace listings, private offers, co-selling, and joint GTM. Serve as AWS’s trusted technical and commercial advisor, lead demos, workshops, architecture guidance, troubleshooting, business reviews, and joint planning. Track usage and growth, influence internal product and GTM strategy, and build AI-powered tools and workflows that eliminate recurring work.

Design and implement secure, scalable backend services for voice agents, integrate AI models and telephony, improve inference, debug concurrent systems, and collaborate with Product to deliver features end-to-end.

As the founding engineer of the Data Intelligence team, you will design semantic layers, develop AI tooling, and automate data processes to drive business insights.

Review accounting work, manage close critical paths, prepare audit support, design SOX-ready controls, and support migration from Xero to a scalable ERP. Coach accounting staff and build AI-powered automation for reconciliations, schedules, narratives, and workflows.

Own adoption, retention, and expansion across a pooled portfolio of scaled customers through digital-first programs. Provide technical API integration guidance, troubleshoot issues, run demos, and create reusable enablement assets. Design automated customer journeys, webinars, self-service resources, and workflows that accelerate activation. Monitor usage and health data, identify expansion opportunities, report KPIs, and build scalable systems that reduce recurring manual work.

Lead and build Deepgram's AI enablement function: prototype and ship reusable agents, MCP servers, paved-road workflows, prompt and retrieval patterns, and an enablement hub. Drive company-wide AI adoption with measurable productivity metrics, embed safe-use guardrails, partner across Platform, Security, Data, and People Ops, and grow a central team and distributed champions network.

Lead corporate communications strategy and execution: own product and model launches, media and executive communications, narratives, social presence, and major company moments. Translate technical research and product advances into compelling stories for developers, enterprise buyers, partners, and analysts. Partner cross-functionally with CEO, CMO, product, brand, and demand gen to build credibility and influence in the voice AI ecosystem.

The Strategic Partner Manager at Deepgram will build and scale technology partnerships, drive revenue motions, and operate AI-natively to enhance partner relations and ecosystem integration.

Lead end-to-end delivery of ML infrastructure and AI tooling programs, defining architecture and rollout strategies for training, serving, and monitoring. Coordinate research, engineering, product, and data teams to optimize inference cost/latency, build internal tools for experiment tracking and model versioning, and resolve bottlenecks to enable faster, scalable ML deployments.
