Own and organize the product backlog, write user stories and requirements, coordinate product rituals, triage bugs and feature requests, support clinical and operational teams, coordinate QA and releases, maintain documentation, and assist with discovery. The role partners closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and Clinical teams to improve a healthcare care-management platform.

Owns IT infrastructure, endpoint management, identity and access, security, compliance, vendor relationships, and employee support across corporate and clinical teams. The role designs scalable systems, resolves hardware and software issues, manages provisioning and deprovisioning, develops IT policies and documentation, supports HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance, and maintains disaster recovery and cybersecurity response practices. Periodic travel to regional offices is required.

Leads payer growth by identifying and developing national payer partnerships, managing long sales cycles, and negotiating value-based care contracts across Medicare and commercial plans. Owns payer RFP/RFI processes, proposals, relationship management, and market-specific economics. Partners cross-functionally on implementation handoffs, legal diligence, operational playbooks, and product feedback while supporting expansion into new markets. Requires strategic judgment, analytical skills, contract expertise, startup adaptability, and up to 20% travel.
