Leads complex, cross-functional projects and new product launches through the enterprise PMO. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment; reporting progress to senior leadership; facilitating decisions; driving accountability; and improving PMO governance, tools, and reporting. The role uses Wrike and related project management tools and supports technical platform enhancements and deployments in a healthcare business environment.

Supports the end-to-end monthly billing cycle by transforming usage and transaction data into accurate invoices and reports. Maintains SQL, Python, Databricks, and Power BI workflows, validation controls, dashboards, and billing documentation. Performs reconciliations, investigates discrepancies, prepares revenue-related journal entries and schedules, supports audits, and contributes to budgeting and forecasting. Collaborates with Billing Operations, Accounting, and business stakeholders while handling customer inquiries and confidential financial information.

Develop and execute product marketing and commercialization programs for healthcare data solutions. Responsibilities include positioning and messaging, go-to-market planning, product launches, sales and client enablement, competitive research, customer insight synthesis, RFP support, and maintaining marketing assets and processes. The role partners cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Marketing, Client Partnership, and Customer Success teams in a fully remote environment.
