Owns DataDome’s partner marketing program, developing quarterly roadmaps and joint marketing plans with technology, cloud, reseller, and referral partners. Responsibilities include executing campaigns and events, managing partner communications and MDF, coordinating stakeholders, tailoring content, maintaining calendars, and measuring MQAs, SQLs, pipeline, participation, and spend efficiency. The role partners with channel, field marketing, content, product marketing, revenue, and executive teams to generate partner-sourced pipeline.

Own post-sale relationships for enterprise customers, driving adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and expansion. Serve as a strategic advisor, lead executive business reviews, monitor customer health, manage escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate customer goals into measurable outcomes. The role also champions customer feedback internally and supports long-term advocacy through references, case studies, and expansion opportunities.

Own technical strategy for mid-market and enterprise sales opportunities from discovery through close. Lead architecture discussions, product demonstrations, proof-of-value exercises, security reviews, integrations, and production-readiness evaluations. Analyze traffic and logs, design deployments across web, mobile, API, CDN, cloud, and hybrid environments, address technical objections, and translate customer feedback into product input. Mentor Solutions Engineers and create enablement content.
