Serve as a cloud cost management and FinOps subject matter expert, advising enterprise customers on multi-cloud cost allocation, AI token attribution, Kubernetes costs, budgeting, anomaly detection, capacity planning, and optimization. Partner with field and product teams, create technical collateral, guide implementations, and influence product roadmaps. The role requires strong cloud infrastructure, observability, billing data, Python or SQL, architecture, and consultative customer skills, with travel up to 40%.

Supports compensation programs, including executive compensation, annual planning, global market entry, and mergers and acquisitions. Analyzes internal and external data, conducts benchmarking, evaluates equity and incentive programs, supports public-company disclosures, and develops actionable recommendations for People, Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll, and leadership stakeholders. The role also partners with People Business Partners and contributes to compensation governance, integration, and harmonization initiatives.

Own and scale compensation programs, including cash and equity cycles, governance, analytics, systems, communications, and change management. Build compensation models and scenario analyses for budgeting and workforce planning, provide reporting and market insights, enhance Workday and compensation tooling, and partner with People, Finance, HRIS, Payroll, Legal, and business leaders to improve processes and employee experience.
