Teams at Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

Supports the Executive Director in leading a Tier 1 nonprofit chapter, including revenue planning, budgeting, fundraising campaigns, events, donor and corporate sponsor relationships, volunteer recruitment, staff hiring and supervision, operational effectiveness, compliance, and financial tracking. Represents the organization at events and builds relationships with CF families, care professionals, volunteers, donors, and community partners. Requires occasional evening and weekend work, reliable transportation, and travel to meetings or events.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to leaders across the organization, shaping workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, employee experience, and HR programs. Uses HR systems, data, analytics, and emerging AI technologies to inform decisions and improve processes. Leads cross-functional HR initiatives, change management, compliance efforts, and stakeholder engagement while supporting talent attraction, development, engagement, and retention.
