The Revenue Operations Manager will lead GTM technology infrastructure and Deal Operations, managing a team to enhance Salesforce implementations, optimize CPQ systems, and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve revenue efficiency.

Provides post-enablement managed services for Cyara customers by supporting platform usage, recurring workflows, configuration, integrations, monitoring, reporting, issue management, SLA commitments, documentation, and adoption. Coordinates with Support, Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to resolve issues and risks. Identifies process improvements and develops reusable playbooks, templates, knowledge articles, and reporting practices to improve service quality and customer outcomes.

The role involves achieving sales quotas, developing strategic plans, consulting with clients, participating in complex sales processes, and leveraging CRM tools to drive revenue.
