As a Mid-Market Account Executive, manage sales from pipeline development to closing deals, focusing on new business acquisition within mid-sized clients. Engage in high-volume prospecting and conduct customer needs analysis to position solutions effectively.

Supports the Legal team with contract organization, data migration to LinkSquares, document and template archiving, shared inbox management, routine inquiries, contract negotiation shadowing, and customer security assessments. The role also assists with privacy compliance and legal operations while collaborating with the General Counsel, Legal Operations Manager, Paralegal, and cross-functional teams in a remote SaaS environment.

Own the end-to-end design of a product area: strategy, flows, edge cases, and shipped quality. Design comprehensive user flows and self-service experiences, partner closely with PMs and engineers to implement and ship work (including contributing code and fixing UI), steward and extend the Pluma design system, prototype AI interactions, and mentor junior designers.
